To those who booked on the cheap Pontins

We booked a deal for £65 and paid £50 deposit - we paid the rest £15 a short while later and rang up a few weeks later to check it had been received - they said it had.

Just wondering we never received any confirmation of full payment - so the only thing we have is the copy of the original registration form & payment slip - cannot see a booking reference on this.

Did anyone else get sent something different?

so long as you take booking form and payment slip to reception when you book in thats absolutley fine, thats what they will need to see, did you pay at paypoint shop by any chance?

done this before, never had a problem,

We paid the balance at the start of the week.Got a confirmation of sorts yesterday,with payment slip still on bottom,but it does say balance to pay zero.

We paid in full when we booked and received written confirmation about 4 weeks after that.

hi all thanks so much for replies - just rang and she said booking is fine and says paid in full - we will receive a letter about a week before our holiday date with full confirmation details etc.
