Credit Serach Help

Hiya

i went onto https://www.annualcreditreport.co.uk and it gives me my credit rating etc.

can any of you tell me what agencies they use to provide this information?

or is it correct or should i go else where

    Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
    They compile information from Experian and Equifax. Possibly Call credit as well? The information they use can be found by getting your credit report from the credit agencies. This can be done by the use of free trials.

    there is no such thing as a credit rating as each creditor uses it own criteria for rating you. basically the score is a marketing tool to make money.

    I did this the other day, and posted on here about it, as it was wrong! It didn't list my main creditior which was odd, but also I have 2 mobile phone contracts for my daughters and it only listed one. It just didn't make any sense to me at all!

  • “Annual credit report” uses data from call credit only (this being the smallest of the main three agency’s) and which generally holds far less data than the main two Experian and Equifax.

    To obtain the best overview of your current ”credit status” then obtain copy of your statutory file from Experian, these are by far the most used agency by main stream lenders.
