Dried Mango cheaply?

Options
I've become very addicted to dried mango recently, but its so expensive! Does anyone eat it here and have a cheaper place to buy it than the supermarket?

  • I but mine at Oxfam. It's still not cheap but at least I know it's ethically produced and the producers get a fair cut of the profits.

Have you tried an indian foodstore - I know that you can buy fresh mangos much more cheaply at indian foodstores than you can in the supermarkets so its worth a try.

I've never heard of anything like that, and living here you'd expect I would have... this is literally mango country and we eat at least 1 day!!

As for dried mango, it's one of the reasons I bought my dehydrator.
