How do you rate your telecoms provider?

The best telecoms providers for price can be the worst for customer service. So we want to know about MoneySavers experiences with home phone and broadband providers (not mobile broadband).

If you have a bundled package, vote twice but pick the same provider for each.

For each of the following providers, you can vote Good, OK or Poor:

24Talk
AAISP
AOL
Aquiss
Auracall
BE
BT
Demon
Direct Save Telecom
Eclipse
Fast
Firefly
Greenbee/Waitrose
IDNET
Karoo (Kingston Communications)
KC Talk (Kingston Communications)
Madasafish
O2
Orange
Pipex (now TalkTalk)
Plusnet
Post Office
Primus
Sky
Smallworld
Southern Electric
TalkTalk (incl Onetel, Freedom2Surf & Bulldog)
Tesco
The Phone Co-op
Tiscali (now TalkTalk)
Utility Warehouse
Virgin Media (cable)
Virgin National (non-cable)
Vodafone At Home
YourCalls.net
Zen

Or select:

I don't have home broadband
I don't have a home phone

If your broadband or home phone provider is not listed, please add it to the forum discussion below.

NOTE: This poll is on consumer home phone and broadband providers, and not business providers.

Thanks,
MSE Becca

I'm afraid that as Amelix is purely a business provider (ie, doesn't offer consumer broadband), it will not be added to the poll.

Changed from Sky to BT Infinity Broadband yesterday:

    Sky: 0.3mbps
    BT: 30mbps

Only slightly more expensive but worth every penny.

  • Im with Talk Talk and I have no real complaints, my phone and broadband are both with them.
The only thing that I dont like is that the Talk Talk call centre is not in the UK.
Ive paid my line rental in advance making it about £4.50 a month cheaper. Also I have paper-less bills saving me £17.50 a year.
I find them cheaper than Sky or BT, so for me to put up with the call centre not being here in the UK is not too bad. (but it would be better if it was in the UK)
