Help Please, creditor question

Hi, I am new to posting and this may not be the correct place, but I need some advise please.

I have debts oustanding with 3 companies where I have been paying a reduced amount for some time to clear debts that went into arrears. Me and my oh have just bought a house and are struggling to make ends meet at present and I want to reduce the amount I pay them. I currently pay £25, £25 and £60 and want to pay £10, £10 and £20. My question is as long as I pay them something I assume they would not take court proceedings against me, also I would like to use some of the money to pay debt with apr as these have no apr.

Hope this makes sense and any advise you could give would be appreciated. :D

  • Hi there,- welcome again!

I think the first thing people ask on this board is for you to post your SOA (Statement of Affairs) - there is a sticky post by Southernscouser at the top of the board that shows you how to do it.

Then people will be able to advise you better in the contect of your SOA.
