Ok, scanner isn't playing ball, so I'm going to try and describe the CFP...It was issued by Sterling Park, and is almost identical word for word to this one http://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/1988/2059/schedule/made
except for a statement at the bottom of the page which sayd "We are instructed in this action by Anderson Strathern, 1 Rutland Court, Edinburgh, EH3 8EY, telephone number 0131 270 7700, to whom all payments and correspondence should be directed, quoting reference ......"

I will phone the sheriff court tomorrow and ask about the decree

We've all been there so good luck,you say CCCS appointment would

take 3 weeks compared to 7 years that's nothing give them another

ring they can + do help I know they're helping me, so pick up the

phone and do it to-day in 3 weeks you could be feeling a whole lot

better good luck :T

Hey guys, I created another post so that I could ask specific questions about the decree. Any help would be appreciated x
