EXPIRED Amazon Black Friday

I bought the Lovefilm 6 month membership voucher and found that it would not work. Had customer services activate it for me on Sunday and then found that they had deducted £9.99 from my account! I spoke to them again today and they say they will refund my money and credit my Lovefilm account for the £59. My account details still say the next installment will be due on 27th December so I am not so sure. Has anyone else had problems?

i'll wait to see if it dose come out of your account or just email them save cost of the call, i been on to them about problems with the voucher code and they sent me this

I've now got all the stuff I ordered and last night hubby and I spent an hour (arguing about how to do it LOL) putting together (you need a degree in engineering I think ) the new stand I bought to go with the snazzy HD TV I bought on Black Friday :j

Its all good, loving the stuff we got, this is gonna be a good Christmas!

Star tek ds9 set is smaller than it looked, loads of discs - shame their firmly wedged in against the cardboard, just ordered some round cd sleeves (lp inner sleeve style) as normal protective ones won't fit.

Yay to Amazon & Royal Mail for getting the replacement Downton set to me so quickly :T
& another surprise the Phoenix Nights dvd set has a bonus cd with songs from the series.

eta: and I loves my alien.

Yodel finally turned up to collect my boots last night, after 3 failed attempts :eek:

I have received my David Walliams books and Micro SD card so I'm pleased with those.

If anyone sees another pair of bargain boots with generous sizing please let me know...

I would just like to praise Yodel - everything delivered on time and has gone smoothly and the delivery guy is so nice.:) Cannot however say the same about Hermes - courier chap refused to drive along my country farm lane and left the parcel in an industrial rubbish bin on the main road! he telephoned to tell me he was doing this and I was naturally annoyed and told him that I did not agree to this. But he still refused to deliver. He said the track is too uneven (never had this problem with anyone else). So I had to retrieve the parcel - It was huge and heavy (it included a dart board amongst other things) and I nearly killed myself trying to get it out! and guess what? - the GHDs inside were damaged. So I rang Amazon to complain and they were excellent - they arranged for a replacement by first class Royal Mail (they arrived the next day) and lodged a complaint with the courier. However, I am scheduled to receive many more items today bought on Black Friday and all advised to be delivered by Hermes and have not received any as yet. So not sure if they have been returned to Amazon as the Hermes chap wont come to my house, or if they are still waiting to be delivered - will give it until Friday and then contact Amazon:exclamati

This voucher entitles you to receive 6 months service under the subscription package ‘Unlimited 1 £9.99’ as your tariff plan was different from the voucher subscription, our system has added the value of this voucher as a result.
