but......I've been tracking the Canon camera all morning and it said it was out for delivery, wonderful!...next info on the tracking screen Delivery Attempted Twice, once at 9.12am and then again at 9.22am ....the thing is I've been sitting at my laptop since 7am, it's on my dining table which is infront of the window which in turn looks out over the gate and garden path, now unless the Royal Mail man teleported to my front door or limbo'd under the side fence,there's no way he's tried delivering here today :mad:
I phoned up CS and got some right drongo, after telling her nobody had been here this morning the conversation went.

Her: Sorry madam, can you give me the number on the card.
Me: What card.
Her: The card that was put through your door.
Me: No card was put through my door.
Her: Have you looked properly, 'cos the driver has to put a card through with his number and time of delivery on it.
Me: There's no card because there's been no delivery.
Her: But it says on the system that it's been attempted:
Me I know.
Her: Are you sure you've not missed him.
Me: No, I've not missed him.
Her: Are you certain.
Me: Yes! and if I had missed him he'd have put a card through, wouldn't he?
Her: Oh, I don't know what's happened there then, it says on the system.
Me: I know what it says on the system, but It's obvious your driver has fancied an early finish and is fabricating information on your system
Her: They don't do that!
Me: When will I get my delivery.
Her: Monday.
Me: Will it be the same driver.
Her: Yes.
Me: I'll look forward to having a chat with him, thank you for your time, goodbye.
