Yeah, looks like it... Scary really. I can't actually understand it - same with the sales here where people will start queuing the night before and pretty much just randomly grab everything they can just because it's on sale.

I normally tell people that I calculate how much money we need to keep aside so that for 199 in 200 years we can pay all claims (including the vast majority of years with very bad storms/floods)
