It put me in a bad mood. It's just annoying and fiddly to be dealing with returns and refunds now we're heading into the Christmas home straight!

Aw thats a shame...I know what you mean about the returns.im having to return the Timberland boots,they dont fit properly(and it didnt help when eldest daughter saw me trying them on and started singing "saddle up and ride your pony!!!"..lol ive opted for return by home collection.Hope im not stuck indoors ALL day on Monday.
