Perfect poached eggs in the pan (according to my cat)
1. break freshest egg possible into a small bowl
2. bring pan of water to a gentle simmer.
3. add a little butter and a couple of drops of vinegar
4. stir water in pan to make a gentle whirlpool
5. Add egg to centre of whirlpool.
Now who is going to have a practice and make me some?My first reply was witty and intellectual but I lost it so you got this one instead
Proud to be a chic shopper
