Ok, people who are missing items from their Avatar Steelbook, I just got off live chat and was initially offered a refund if I return the item. Not happy with that, I asked is it possible to be sent the missing book and cards. I was told that wasn't possible but I can have a refund of 15%. Which sounded rubbish but then he said for £4.50, which is 15% of the initial £29.99 price. So now I've paid £6.47 for the blu-ray and dvd steelbook, which I'm happy with. Hope that helps some of you who are experiencing problems.

I got the Kipling new April bag today and it's bigger than what I thought it was going to be. I also tried for the bigger Claudine but didn't get it. I'm wondering whether to keep it for myself (my bags are all knackered and I usually get cheap ones my mum buys off Bid TV. She keeps buying me them!) I originally bought it for my son's girlfriend but she might not appreciate it as much as me (she likes her bags and he's buying her a Paul's Boutique one).

I think i'm going to treat myself and just keep it.
