It should also include a book, and I thought some art cards, but not sure about the cards now, as this is not mentioned on the amazon page.

It's 1 voucher per customer so you won't get 4 codes only the 1 you've had.

The Jackass Collection is up at 12.15pm, My DD loves these so going to have a look but quick heads up, they are £12.99 on Play for the same thing.

It was shown on Tuesday as coming with a book and lenticular art cards. There was an Amazon (not customer) picture of that set. Following complaints, they've removed those pictures. Turns out that was a pre-order bonus from when the steelbook first came out. There's a long thread about this on the amazon discussion boards.
