I've also had my eye on it for ages. The cat keeps getting cystitis and the vet recommended buying one but I just couldn't face the money. Hoping it goes down to £20 :)

Had a quick search and found these other water fountains (in case there is not much discount on the drinkwell platinum fountain later:

Drinkwell water fountain £24.02 with free del at Vetuk http://www.vetuk.co.uk/cat-accessories-cat-water-fountains-c-626_630/drinkwell-water-fountain-for-cats-small-dogs-p-245

Drinkwell mini fountain £21.84 with free del at vetuk
    http://www.vetuk.co.uk/dog-accessories-dog-water-fountains-c-628_631/drinkwell-mini-pet-fountain-p-5354

and also at Amazon they have these:

Cat mate pet fountain £19.98 was £31.95 by Pet mate incl free del

Cat-it pet drinking fountain £14.99 was £32.99 but need to add on £7.99 del making it just under £23.

    Hope this helps :)

i don't think people often realise quite how big a 50" TV really is!

Agreed - we have one in our office. Unless your lounge is about 30' square, or watching TV really is the only thing you ever do in your lounge, it's going to look really over-sized...
  • I can no longer find this in any category... sold out / expired / available / up coming! And I swear I did see it somewhere earlier

    IMHO

This was listed as 54quid reduced to 30quid (or near enough)... So if reduced further than 30 would make it a good deal

I suspect they realise their mistake and have taken it off-line with the intention of putting back to RRP of 54.99 .. so then they can sell for 27 and claim 50% off....! Look noel I SAID NO DEAL ;) lol

Hmm, got to be honest and I am feeling distinctly underwhelmed by the so called deals. It seems to be mainly obscure stuff with perhaps the odd item that might have a lot of people clamouring for it. It doesn't help that I am reading of US deals that were real amazing bargains of very desirable items.

It all seems to be a case of throw the oiks some pretty baubles and they'll scrabble in the dirt for them.

Yeah, I believe it was a Canon Ixus 120 HS

When I looked early this morning, there were two cameras:
Canon IXUS 115 HS Digital Camera - Silver
Canon PowerShot A3300 IS Digital Camera - Silver

I can't see either of them any more, but I guess they may be at 2:44 and 5:00
  • I'm on the waitlist for the telly but I dunno what number I am in the list, it didnt tell me when i clicked it. Does anyone know how I can find out?
You bowl like your mother. Unless of course she bowls well, in which case you bowl nothing like her <3 Big Bang Theory :)
  • 400 quid tele is a poor deal! get yourself to richersounds and get a cracker for that (or wait till boxing day and get a bonus deal)

    £400 for a 50" outgoing 720p TV - "meh" - yesterday it was £500 for a 1080p 3D TV with internet connectivity.
