Maybe its because its my first time I have used this sale but I have been really pleased with what I have picked up. A Handbag worth over £100 and not just amazon pricing at £100 for 20 quid.... the Decleor supersize skin care set for £23 when one smaller bottle alone costs £20! And a few other bits. I lurve my haul today! :D

I'm happy too. :) It all depends what you need and want. I haven't bought things for the sake of buying something. I'm getting a bit deflated when people say it's rubbish this year. I never did it last year but it wouldn't matter if a Wii went for £20, I don't need or want one and i've no-one to give one to on my Christmas list. It's all relevant.
  • shame that balance bike is soo girly. don't think my 3 year old son will mind but his daddy won't like him having a girls bike.

We were looking at balance bikes earlier in the year. Am pretty certain that you can find them for somewhere around £30 - 40. Don't ask where.....I can't remember.

Think they may have the boys version later in week, that is what they did last yr (think it was scooters if I remember rightly). I have a toddler and was thinking of one of these, asked in Halfords and the guy didn't recommend them, but I've got friends who love them for their LO's - mixed reviews basically.

Don't tell cyclists that for some reason pinks are perfectly suitable for boy bike riders!

Balance bikes are genius. the 2 LO's i used to look after were both given "proper bikes" for their 2nd Christmas presents, (both were under 3 years old) and because of their "grounding" on Like-a-bikes (balance bikes) - never have had the stabilisers attached to the "proper bikes"

Hope a more neutral or boy colour one comes up soon for those waiting!! :D

Thanks for that, I have no first hand knowledge, appreciate the info, may keep an eye out for the boys version then this week as a birthday pressie for DS next year.
  • That price for the Accurist watch is really good, considering it was over £200.
