This may not seem to be the best grab it ever but I hope it helps someone.

The Imaginext batcave is difficult to get hold of, its sold out at Argos and they are going for silly money on ebay and amazon. Toys r us have them in stock with £5 off plus a second offer of buy 1 get a second half price on imaginext toys, and free delivery if you spend over £50.

If it helps anyone, they had LOADS of the Batcave and lots of other Imaginext, at Smyths toy superstore in Speke (Liverpool) the other day for £44.99

Although, just checked their stock online and it is now showing as out of stock :( There was definitely plenty of them on Saturday when I was in!

  • The toys r us one i think is the older version online ( my son has this one and loves it ) the newer style is the superheros DC . Toys r us have this one in store if you can get hold of one for £45 .

I have just ordered one from Tesco Direct but it is £55 on there , i used my club card points to double up on toys so it just under a fiver towards it .
I know its dearer but if you want the newer style they have it in stock.

 Its the newer one from the advert my son wants.

I'm so cross with myself for not realising:mad:

I wonder if my 5 year will notice the different:(

  • My Sister got ours from Toys r us this morning. They must have had a delivery over the weekend because we couldn't get one anywhere till today. She's like a Hawk. Was a bit dissapointed that they had been in Smyths and they had loads a few weeks ago at £36.99 and I could have kicked myself for not getting it. Now it's £44 +. Not to worry, at least we've got one now. I never thought I's be caught out by the sell out toy thing lol x

**** please ignore - now found out the two different styles and does indeed look like the older version on toysrus ****
