So how much do i owe then ?

it's ages since i posted a question but I'm a taxd confused - I've been with Payplan for 3 years and i've just been released as i only have one debt remaining however i am slightly confused by it ...

Blair Oliver and Scott state that i owe them £4109.98p ? however when i look at the very same halifax account online it shows that I owe £3713.68p ???

In addition i asked her to give me account details so I could set up a standing order at the same rate to repay it and i asked if i had to pay via them or if i could pay directly into my own account with the halifax to repay the loan ? apparently i have to pay via them and she kindly gave me my own bank details to pay into the halifax account in my name.. ? getting the impression she was a little confused ?

Anyway i shall be paying into my own account - by standing order £500pcm as i have access to it online do i just stop paying when i reach £0 on the account and then check

Any clues as miss Blair Oliver and Scott didn't seem to have one ?

  • Confusing! Is there any chance you can get written statements off both the Halifax & B,O & S? Maybe that way you can see where the discrepancy arose. Perhaps it's charges/interest that have been added by BOS? I would try & sort this out as no doubt it will come back to bite you in the future if there's any balance left owing to anyone which could possibly mess your credit file up for longer.
