Good Morning
I wondered if someone can advise me! My sister is extremley worried, She owes £7,000 between 7 mail order catalogues. She is already on reduced payments. However she is finding it very difficult to keep up with these payment ( For example Next are asking for £80.00 per month) That is there reduced payment.
She has three children, although she is married, her husband is on a low income. This morning she hs told me she has contacted the above company, and they say all she will have to pay them is £150 per month. (They charge £25 per month interest).
Surely there must be another way around this situation. Please can someone advise the cons of going with this. They have advised her it will be her name that is blacklisted, but i seem to think it will be the property. She does not own her property. She rents from the local housing trust.
I would be very grateful for all your help.

Do nt touch Gregory Pennington with someone elses, let alone you own...

Tell her to phone CCCS or Paypal, they are both free debt management companies.. if you are in debt... then why pay for debt advice...
Both companies can be found on google...Hi - im a member of the Debt Help UK FORUM...0 -
Yer don't go with Gregory Pennington or any other company that charges you a rate to get you paying reduce repayments, you can do that yourself. As advised try CCCS or Paypal, also look at your monthly outgoings and try to reduce them by cutting unnecessary expenses.

Thank you so much folks. The alarm bells went off in my head, when she mentioned she had contacted them. She says she has filled the form in & return it back to them. But she has two weeks to cancel if she wishes.
Thanks so much to all of you. I will give her a call and explain what to do.0 -
