oh and forgot to mention.
Bristol broadmead superdrug had lots in stock today all at 19.99!!! bargain as i paid 29.99 for mine 6 months ago!0 -
I tried 3 different Vivatar models looking for a camera for my 4 year old.
They all have really bad lag. One (the 5150 I think) doesn't even allow you to instantly see the picture you've just taken!
In the end, I went for a Samsung A503, again from Superdrug, for £39.99.
They had some in Bath last week but I'm not sure if its nationwide.
The screen on the samsung is big and very good quality (the Vivitar screens are very washy and look cheap).0 -
If anyone is looking for one in Edinburgh, the Morningside branch has loads of the 5MP (£24.99) camera.0

I looked at that one however being that its double the price of the vivatar, i decided that i can live with the washy screen and the lag!marcel808 wrote:I tried 3 different Vivatar models looking for a camera for my 4 year old.

You get what you pay for and for £19.99 you get hell of a lot for your money!0 -
Actually the lag time depends on how you set the flash. Turn off the flash for outside use and it will be much quicker. And keep the batteries charged. All in all a great buy for the money.0
