Prize Tickets Terms & Conditions
1. The prize will consist of one pair of Virgin Atlantic Economy round trip tickets to a Virgin Atlantic destination for the named prize winner for travel between 19 April 2007 and 19 April 2008 inclusive, excluding JFK, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Sydney and Codeshare flights.
2. Travel is not permitted between 15 July 2007 and 15 September 2007, 15 December 2007 and 15 January 2008 and 7 April 2008 and 30 April 2008.
3. The prize winner must travel on the same flight and on the same date as their companion.
4. The Prize Tickets are only valid for flights on routes operated by Virgin Atlantic and are non-transferable to any other airline, including any of Virgin Atlantic's codeshare partners and have no cash value.
5. Prize Tickets are valid for flights originating from the UK only. The prize excludes transfers to and from the departure and arrival airports.
6. The Prize Tickets are not transferable to family members or any other named person.
7. No Virgin Atlantic Flying Club miles will be awarded for travel under this promotion.
8. Passenger taxes, charges, fees and surcharges (the amount of which are subject to change) on the prize tickets are to be paid for by the prize winner.
9. The prize winner and their companion will be entirely responsible for their own accommodation, visa, passport and insurance requirements.
10. All flights are subject to availability and capacity control: Popular dates (i.e. weekends, school and public holidays) will fill quickly and Virgin Atlantic cannot guarantee availability on some dates. Availability for use of Prize Tickets is limited for each flight. Some flights may already be booked and consequently have no seats available for this offer.
11. The prize winner and their companion will abide by and be subject to Virgin Atlantic's published Conditions of Carriage, which are available from any Virgin Atlantic office. Virgin Atlantic flight schedules are subject to change without notice.
12. The Prize Tickets are for travel in Economy class only and cannot be upgraded to any other class.
13. In event of an infringement of these Terms & Conditions or Virgin Atlantic's Conditions of Carriage by the prize winner or their companion, Virgin Atlantic reserves the right to withdraw the right to further tickets.
14. Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted. If a booking is cancelled no alternative tickets will be issued and the tickets for that calendar year will be deemed to have been used. For the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
15. The Prize Tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or promotional fare mounted by Virgin Atlantic or any third party.
16. Once the Prize Tickets have been issued Virgin Atlantic shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Virgin Atlantic.
17. No purchase is necessary.

Wow some of those terms & conditions really take the shine off an otherwise very nice prize especially as my top 3 destinations are New York, Cape Town & Sydney oooh at say Christmas :rotfl:

Thankfully there's more than one New York airport but the other desinations are off the table
