Hi all,
I obviously cant check how much my property was valued at in 1991 as it was only built in 1996. So do i see how much it was valued at in 1996 to see if it's banded correctly? Any help please????
Many thanks.

Hi
you have to estimate what it would have been worth in 1991 - Perhaps see how other similar houses built pre 1991 rose/dropped between 91 and 96 in your area.
The tools on ML's suggested website can give an indication.
