Hi
If a credit agreement was signed in Scotland and the debtor later moved to England which statute barred rules apply if a DMC tries to recover the debt after nearly six years of no payments or acknowledgement? Will enforcement be subject to Scottish law for SB debts as in five years or English law? Thanks

I would say it depends on what the contract stipulated, they usually state Scottish or English law applies.0
