Can I suggest you refrain from calling them. No point sticking your head above the parapet, or you may end up HAVING to remortgage to a worse deal and pay £2,500 for the privilege if your consent to let suddenly ends...want2bmortgage3 wrote: »I am better off leaving things as they are! Leave things as they are. If rates rise, it may then be worth paying a fee to get a fix. It isn't now, but it may be later.
As GMS says, have a chat to a broker to make sure it's not worth moving. TMW isn't the only lender, but it is the one most of us use for those with sub-£25k incomes.I am a mortgage broker.
