Christmas wrapping paper, bows, ribbon sets - £3.15 delivered
Bargainmonkey
Lovely sets of different christmas wrapping paper sets, including bows, ribbon, and the childrens one includes matching tags. Originally £7.00. Now half price £3.50! With 10% off code - £3.15 delivered to your door! Debenhams! Various colours. Cannot do link as newbie! !
Official MoneySavingExpert.com insert:
Debenhams has said there are no 10% off codes at the moment, there's only a 15% off code which you get when spending £50 or more. This still makes the wrapping paper £3.50, a good deal.
You can find the paper here. It's on offer until 20 Nov 2011.

im working to the £1 for 10m max price and did squeeze this in on the Mr t 3 4 2 on wrap at £1.50 for 10m

1.5m per roll, 2m for the ribbon. I'm ordering the smaller purple set - it's more expensive but my mum is purple mad and will think the ribbon is very posh
52% tight0 -
Thank you for adding the link, I know this is posh paper and there is perhaps even cheaper paper to buy, but sometimes it is nice to give a present in nice paper and decoration. I know I have gone cheapest before and the paper has ripped before I could give the gift!0

Some cheap paper is okay, but you never know. I've had Tesco paper before that rips if you so much as look at it and is so thin that you can see the gift through it. It's okay on books or square/oblong packages but you need 2 layers. I've kept it though, it's okay over the brown cardboard box for the 'movie night' present.52% tight0

I think its lovely and have seen it previously but wouldn't pay the £7 but with codes its nice and got DS some socks too. Saves me a trip messing about getting it, cheers.0

I couldn't agree more. I have had many a frustrating time with cheap inferior paper. Some cheap paper is okay, but you never know. I considering the 'Smithy' from Gavin & Stacey approach this year and wrapping it all in tin foil, can tear it off no need for cutting, scruntches together so no need for fiddly tape, can't see through it and nice & shiney, kids will love it! :rotfl:
Just kidding, most years I find Poundland do a good range of paper including Disney paper for the kids.:hello:0 -
:oam ashamed to admit that I have, before now, 'wrapped' some of the children's presents in a carrier bag with a bit of tinsel wrapped round the neck. They think it's normal for a new football to arrive like that.... well, at midnight on Xmas eve, there's other things to consider as well as the cost of the paper, cheap or expensive, and this is a time saving technique as well as MSE!!:rotfl:Reason for edit? Can spell, can't type!0

Their paper very nice - got some smart purple stuff after Xmas and it had a sort of pattern that would go for anythign so I used for Birthdays - lovely quality.
TIP - 3 for 2 on gift bags at Tesco - medium plain red ones only 20p each anyway - I've got them and have added chrismassy tag cut from old cards. Also good standby for Birthdays.Great opportunities to help others seldom come, but small ones surround us every day. -- Sally Koch0
