Quidco question?

Wasn't sure where to post this so forgive me if this is the wrong place:)

I've got over £150 worth of Quidco payouts tracked. Some go as far back as May 2011.

I'm wondering why these haven't been paid out yet?

The merchants are Tesco Entertainment, Best Buy, Holland & Barratt and Great Magazines.

As I've said, all are tracked and showing on my account. Does this guarantee I will receive the cashbacks at some point?

there are no guarantees with quidco and they can track for a long time before they are paid, why no ask via quidco site.

I've had some purchases tracked on Quidco that took months to pay out, if the purchase is tracked then you usually will get your money ...... eventually, sometimes you might need to chase this though. Quidco usually mention how long the merchant takes to pay back, some can take as long as 3 to 4 months.

You will probably be alright and they will be paid out eventually. I have given up on Quidco and gone elsewhere. Still waiting for wrong payment amount from AA breakdown to be sorted and that will be a year. Claim raised months ago and numerous contact with Quidco care some of it on boards here when I was advised to mention here. Did so and got same bog standard reply . They are taking it really seriously blah blah . Voted with my business and haven't recommended them to anyone. good luck.

Beware Quidco & Santander!
I applied for a new account to get £55 cashback, the application did not track automaticallyso as it was reaching the end of the 8 week clain period i entered the required details for a cashback claim minus the account number as i still did not have that. About a week ago i received a notification saying my claim had been declined as i had not met the terms & conditions, the only part icould not give them was the account number and apparently thisis why it has declined.

So what is happening is:- It does not track automatically, you only have 8 weeks to register a cashback claim and if you dont register within this time you lose it, but it takes Santander longer than 8 weeks to send your account number, had i waited for that to come through then it would have been too late to claim as i would have been outwith the 8 week claim period and i would have got nothing, so basically you cant win so whats the point of switching bank accounts when they are going to con me out of the money on a technicality, it's just a complete farce.

Some payments via Quidco can be really slow, I've just had a payment today for almost £100, and some of those in that were from May and June, with some of the bigger amounts they have messaged me to say sorry about the delay, they are dealing with it and normally it's then been confirmed within a couple of days!
