Great Deals on Canon Cameras in John Lewis Stratford (Westfield)

I have been reading many other peoples posts for years & finally have decided to post my first contribution after getting such a good deal.

I took my wife down to the new Westfield in Stratford today & whilst on the first floor outside John Lewis near Gap & Addidas we visted a Canon HS Experiential stand where they were promoting Canon products, we had our picture taken with a New York backgroud which was awesome.

The staff on the stand advised us if we purchased a Canon IXUS Camera this weekend only from John Lewis Stratford & took the receipt back to the stand we could claim a £20 magazine subscription, we purchased an IXUS 115 Bundle for £159 which also has £20 Cashback from Canon that can be redemmend. The Canon Demonstrator in John Lewis also advised there is a promotion on Canon Products this weekend only in John Lewis where if you spend over £150 he will give you a £20 John Lewis Voucher.

All in all I spent £159 on the Camera however I received a £20 JLP Voucher which I used to buy some ink for my printer as well as a £20 magazine subscription & am now waiting for Canon to send me my £20 cashback. £60 worth of freebies:j

I beleive Canon have other Cameras on Cashback where you could also take advantage of the John Lewis Voucher this weekend in Stratford if you did not want the IXUS 115.

What was in the bundle as you get get the IXUS 115 HS by itself for £109 (including the Canon Cashback)?

The Exclusive bundle in John Lewis comes with a Canon case & 4GB SD Card worth £30, the £20 Cashback takes the kit price down to £139 with the £30 worth of extras it takes it down to the £109 price you quoted I guess.

You would however still get the £20 magazine subscription in Westfield Stratford tomorrow as well as a £20 John Lewis Voucher.
