Hi
I would like some advice.I am 18 months into my IVA,my work is hitting bad times at present and may close sometime in the future.Where do I stand in relations to my IVA if I am made redundant.I appreciate any help.

I would suggest one of two things..

1. Contact your IP/trustee and tell them and see what they suggest - I understand that you can have 'time off' and restart pyments when back in work but you would need to check this...

2. Register on DHUK, their is an IP on there called brin and other sers who have done IVA;s who may be able to advise further...
