Debt advice

Hi, I am new and hope someone can help.
A few years ago my husband and I had some debt, we entered into a debt management plan which was sucessful for a few years. We had 6 or 7 debtors we owed money too, only one was in joint names, all the others were in his name. We split just over a year ago by which time the joint debt had been fully cleared by the DMP. He agreed to take the debt on which was fair as without being rude, he had caused most of it. In the past year the DMP has broken down and I know he is struggling to keep on top of things.
He is now threatening to sue me for half the debt, my question is, can he do this? If the debts are all in his name and he has had sole responsibility for them for the past year, is this possible?
Any advice would be apprciated, thanks.

If the debts are in his name then they are his sole responsibility. He's already acknowledged this by continuing with the DMP after your split.
His threats are empty. When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN
