i don't know what to do, after not being able to get credit for so long, i now feel i am a little credit happy and things are getting out of control.
i have just had a massive bill for getting my car through its mot, i am still paying the car off, and now have credit cards and catalogues to pay off. i have worked so hard to pay off a stupid £1 a day overdraft and now looks like i will have to go back into it to pay the MOT.
Just feels like im going backwards, sorry for the rant, feels like everythings getting out of control quickly

Hi sevenpounds,
You could post your statement of affairs to get tips/advice on how to save cash, which can then go towards the debts. I'd also advise trying to pay off the highest interest debt first without getting into more debt, although I realise this is easier said than done. Well done on starting to address the problem though.
Good luck
RedIf you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.

thanks for your reply, i have done SOAs until theyre coming out my ears lol and think the biggest dilemma is that I have just paid off the overdraft and still have it sitting but dont pay a fee for it now, its for £900.
The thing is this big car bill for around £250 (im not sure if this includes vat or not) guess i'll find out on saturday) and paying it straight away will put me back into the overdraft which i didnt want to do.
My dad has said he wants to put it on his 0% cc and pay it back at the end of the month but i really dont want to do this.
He bought me this car last year on it, for £3200 and i was planning on paying him back really quickly but a lot of things have happened inbetween and it now has a £2000 balance left.
I dont want to put it on that CC so thinking the best thing is to pay the £1 overdraft fees per day until i get paid again0
