Asda Evouchers Or Lack of

I have emailed asda advising at how disgusted i am at the lack of evoucher codes they are producing as a loyal customer and im sure many of you on here are or was too i personally dont think our loyalty is rewarded as well as it should be

fair enough there is tons of free delivery codes

SO WHAT! what happened to the £5 Off £50 the £10 off £50 and even once upon a time i remember even using £25 off a £99 spend

all i see now is free delivery free delivery keep the free delivery and give us some proper savings

anyway i have emailed them complaining at how i feel and hopefully they may send a decent evoucher which ill be sure to share with you all here

wish me luck

Does it not occur to you that this is the very reason so called loyal customers are not being sent codes.

I hope Asda email you back asking you to shop somewhere else, like Tesco.
I think they would prefer not to have LOYAL customers like you.

  • I have the ASDA Credit card, and received an email from customer services stating that free delivery would only be accepted on orders of 99 pounds or above, this is effective from the 1st Feb, i think ASDA have tightened their purse strings, no money off vouchers, increase for minimum spend free delivery etc etc.

After having received the following in an e-mail from Asda

    Dear ASDA customer,
We are making some changes to the benefits you receive with your ASDA Credit Card. For orders delivered on or after Thursday 01/02/07 you will need to spend over £99 to qualify for free delivery on your home shopping. You will continue to earn points everywhere you use your ASDA credit card and receive 2p off every litre of petrol when you fill up at ASDA.

Thanks for shopping with ASDA.com, we look forward to delivering to you again soon.

We are now going to shop online with Tescos. I have done a price comparision on the prices and most items are exactly the same price a few slightly dearer and some slightly cheaper. Tescos have a lot more choice of codes and do a lot of £5 off a £50 shop so if you go for £3.99 delivery slots mid week you are still saving the delivery cost plus some extra pennies. They also do a lot of codes for extra points but not sure if you can enter more than one code on checking out - does anyone know if you can? Would be great to get extra points and £5 off a shop. They don't do free delivery with a Tescos credit card though. Following link worth checking out for codes

  • I disagree with Quoia and bossyboots

Nowadays they is no such thing as a "loyal customer"

Customers shop with their feet if they dont like the price they shop else way !!

Asda has made a big mistake regarding Credit card (£100) and not giving out web vouchers
