I remember last year the media was villifying the Valuation Office Agency because they were using technology to carry out the reval process - before and after it was postponed.
Articles about council snoopers, scare mongering saying inspectors would want to gain access and take pictures - all bollox -
now they seem to be getting criticised for doing 'second gear' valuations.
