Hi can anyone tell me how subsitutes work? If they substitute do they charge you more or do they charge you same amount? just wondering because i ordered 90 baby wipes at 23p each (i use a lot, and will last a while) just wondered will they just give me different wipes? or charge me more for the extra wipes if they dont have 90 available or will they not send any and charge me minus the £15 off code? also how do you change if you accept substitutes? already ordered tried editing and cant find it

for the moment, yes. and i agree, that's still a very good deal.

but hopefully, the free delivery code will work again.

I can confirm that discount codes are being honoured. My delivery just came. Very happy. Also very happy to discover that the codes work on my very old dormant account too!

They charge you the same. You automatically get substitutes, unless you click 'don't substitute' HTH

argh!! just went on to make a change to my order and it has made it so i dont get the free del code!

I just found out that you cant edit either Jodie, I saw that it only kept the delivery code in the basket so I cancelled changes

for me it was keeping free del and £5 off, so £11 worth of coupons. then i re entered the £15 off one and it said 'used too many times' but further down the page there were boxes to tick which codes you wanted and it only lets you have 2 together and only the £5 one works with the £15. £20 off still not bad i suppose
