Ok so let me get this straight this means if the person can sell the car for MORE than the OR values the vehicle at they can't do it? The mind boggles.
I mean I understand the rules are there for good reason, but the above scenario would save the OR the cost of selling the vehicle and benefits everyone. Still rules are rules...Mixed Martial Arts is the greatest sport known to mankind and anyone who says it is 'a bar room brawl' has never trained in it and has no idea what they are talking about.0
