STOP....LOOK....LISTEN.....You are entering a nest full of trouble, stay out..It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0

Maybe I am being thick but if you knew he was moving away today why didn't you sort something out with your bank through the week instead of waiting until the day of moving 0 0

If your friend was willing to lend you the money last week so you could repay on payday, just get him/her to leave their account number and sort code with you and you can just pay it directly into their account on payday. Doesn't matter if they are leaving, otherwise it would have been pointless them helping you if you still had to take a payday loan!0

So what happened? Did the world end or did you get the money? I would have said your friend can wait until your payday as agreed. There isn't anything your friend can do. If you don't pay it what will your friend do?SoundTraveler wrote: »Not really an option if im honest, need it to be sorted today. :footie: :footie: Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S) Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S) Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money. Surely to god, your friend will accept a post dated cheque? You are in panic mode and there is no need. Apologise to your friend for the 2 week delay, but he will be paid in full at the end of the month.SoundTraveler wrote: »he lent me £250 , however, now he wants it back, and I haven't got it, and now basically, a payday loan just for this week would pay him off, .0
