Philips Bailiffs - Final warning letter

I have received a letter redirected from my old address (I redirected all of my mail using Royal Mail), informing me that I am now on my final warning and that a warrant could be issued for my arrest.

The problem is, I've tried to call Philips and they're fully automated. As an undischarged BR earning a low salary, there's no way I can afford their silly monthly repayment plan. I tried emailing them and they responded with something that seemed like it was written by a 5 year old (e.g. spelling "voluntary" as "voluntry"), not to mention they offered no number to call to actually speak to someone. Since I work around 12 hours a day, I have no idea what to do to get this situation resolved.

Does anyone have any ideas??

Previous posts indicate that the debts relate to court fines.

It should be treated as a priorty debt and prison would be the very last option if all attempts fail to collect an amount from you.

This is good neutral advice, but can you give me some advice as to what I should do?

To be honest I do not know the correct proceedure surrounding debts and bankruptcy I suggest you contact either Cab or the Insolvency Service and ask advice there.

I would pressume being a priorty debt that you must make some sort of arrangement with the bailiff company and if that is the case then only do it in written format
