Hello
Does anybody know what effect a Bankruptcy entry has when it shows up on a K18 Land Charges Search Certificate?
How will this affect my mortgage application?
My application was all underway and now this has shown up, will I be refused?
I have never had a mortgage before?

Yes via a broker. Everything has been approved, credit checks etc and an offer made, it is at the last stage but the land registry search has just returned an entry on form k18 what will this mean?0
