choc fondant pudding-can u do lemon?

Hi all, I made some of those little choc fondant puddings the other day which turned out brill but I am not a huge lover of chocolate and wondered if there is a similar recipe anywhere for a lemon or orange type one ? if anyone knows I would be grateful

Asked my brother (who is a chef) - and who I now think is magic BTW
He says freeze dollops of lemon curd (or sour orange curd which is what they use) and use it in the middle of your fondant instead. He says theirs tastes like a "chocolate orange" but no reason you couldn't make it with a plain sponge mix instead.
BTW - £9.70 for their version:eek:
