Free £5 of fruit and veg @ Tesco's!!

Good offer , probably from campaign to get us to eat more fruit and veg but I'm not complaining!

MUST use the code GRGDN4 before end 13/11 for deliveries before midnight on 16/11

Also free delivery for a £50 shop works for existing customers too alongside the fruit / veg deal

I had already done all my online shopping when these codes were issued ( typical! ) so I just did a cheeky order which worked out @ £3ish for my £5 of fruit & veg as can't afford another big shop

Not too bad for 2 x broccoli ( BOGOF ) , pack of bananas , a pineapple , easy peel satsumas , chantenay carrots & a cauliflower!..

So if you don't want to do a big shop you can still get 5 quids worth of fruit and veg for 3 quid!! :j

the free delivery code gives you £5.00 off the delivery, but i booked a delivery slot that was only £3.50, so gained £1.50 off my groceries;)

my order came to £50.99 plus £3.50 delivery, but with club card points and a £7. off a £50 spend my total bill came to £27.49

Glad am going to up my fruit and veg intake this week too!

( Yep , £3 is the cheapest delivery slot but as there is no min spend I still thought I'd treat myself and make the most I could from this offer and am pretty chuffed @ the amount of fruit & veg am gettin for 3 quid!! ) x

Does that not mean you only get £2 off though?

I just put this offer with my £7.50 of vouchers and bought my OH a load of veg to be delivered on Tuesday. He's a student so will be really chuffed when it comes. Thanks OP :-)

Why is this? Can anyone explain...

Not sure why this is but you should be charged the price instore with the vouchers applied as long as the vouchers were accepted on the order which should show on the order details so should be fine , mine showed up as £5 off

So basically yes I only got a £2 discount but am happy with the amount of fruit / veg I got for 3 quid! :D
