Changes to Contribution JSA?

I am on contribution JSA and the claim is fine... However when I signed on yesterday the girl went away as she said she needed to check something out. I asked what and she said there are some new changes to contribution JSA but it was ok it did nt affect me.
Does anyone know what the change is ....personally I have been on this benefit since July.
Interested if there is a change and also thought it may help others to know if there is a change what are the implications?
