Leftover xmas pud mixture

Hi folks, I am steaming my xmas pud as I type but I have about half a mugful leftover which didn't fit in the pudding bowl. Is there anything I can do with it? I don't want to make a mini pudding if I have to steam it for 8 hrs, store it 'til xmas and then steam it again!! Can I cook it quickly? Or would it work to mix it into to my christmas cake tomorrow when I make it? Thanks if you have any ideas for me :j

You could microwave it - shouldn't take more than a few minutes.
  • If you microwave it you could use it in delias Christmas cracker recipe - im going to have a go at these this year x
