Spa days near edinburgh

Hi there, I'm looking for a spa day near Edinburgh for the other half & a friend for her birthday (she doesn't check the MSE forum, luckily!) Any suggestions for good value places? Finding it difficult to find anywhere much less than £100 per person for use of facilities & a treatment or 2. Any ideas?!

Have you tried Inchrya Grange or Houston House?

Or try lastminute.com as they usually have some good deals for places like Norton House?

I would definately recommend Norton House- lovely place and lovely staff.
They tend to do a specail offer of about £69 per person inc 2 treatments or £69 for 2 people with one treatment each. I found it one of the most relaxing spas I have been too -Im a spa fanatci and tour around them all !

I didnt like Airth spa- the jacuzzi was far too warm and so was the steam room- nice for a stay but not to go for spa day.

Why dont you register on 5pm and itison who often do a lot of spa deals for great prices. I just got a deal for £62 for two people at carrick spa at Cameron house which is totally lush !
