Presuming you can survive on £25 per week for all food, toiletries, kitchen, cleaning stuff with an income of £1052 pcm you are already down to £58 per month left over to pay for:-
Mobile phone
Landline
Broadband
Car tax
Car insurance
Car MOT
Petrol
Clothes
Health/life insurance
Emergencies
Brithday/christmas cards/gifts
Property maintenance
And dont forget the purchasing costs, eg £899 for mortgage, stamp duty, solicitors costs, all of which could easily top £3K-£4K.
Please do not take offence, but this thread is either a wind up or you really do need to see a financial adviser.
