Cheapest toothpaste for sensitive teeth?

I know all too well that I brush my teeth too hard, as I've been told so repeatedly by dentists - I have to force myself to remember that I'm not just scrubbing something like a piece of plastic or a saucepan :eek:

It's not really for want of information, it's just a habit I find hard to break.

Hold your toothbrush with just thumb and one finger. That way you can't put too much pressure on.
