I have a £14,000 debt for a caravan which I've already had 3 years. I know, I know I should get rid of it but I probably wouldnt sell it for anywhere near £14,000 so here is how I'm going to chip away at that debt.
I do online surveys, sell my unwanted stuff online and save money wherever I can. I'm going to make a note of everything I get and at the end of each week pay it off of the debt.
I've already been doing this since about march and have already paid an extra £900 off the debt but this is a better way for me to be disciplined over it.
I'll come back every now and then and tell you what I have scraped together.
At the moment I am waiting for a £40 pay out for doing One Poll surveys (been waiting a week, how long do they take to pay out?) and I have a load of youngest daughters clothes for sale on ebay which she doesnt fit into anymore.

Well not much to report here after the weekend. We went to the caravan site to an owners event where there was free food, drinks and entertainment. So I suppose I probably saved about £5 because I didn't have to cook an evening meal for 4 people and have the oven on to do it. So I'll be adding £5 to the debt repayments.
Lets hope this week throws up some more savings.0 -
£10 from surveys into my paypal and I needed a new pair of trousers for work which normally cost me £7 a pair. Managed to get the same ones for £3 on ebay. I know thats only £14 today but every little adds up.0

Well yesterday I went to the supermarket and used a £10 voucher I got from doing toluna surveys. So that was another £10 in the pot.0

Since my last post I have been to 2 business meetings for my work which had a free buffet afterwards (the second one was also free drinks and 2 free games of 10 pin bowling). So that has saved me 2 meals so I'll put an extra £5 in the debt pot. 2 meals probably wouldnt be £5 but I'll round it up.0
