bioethanol at morrisons

Morrisons are opening a petrol station near our town and I noticed a banner saying they will be selling bioethanol.

Have googled bioethanol but am not much wiser...what does anyone know about it, does anyone use it? is it just a substitute for petrol or do you need to convert?
