Apologies if this should be in the Home Phones forum... wasn't too sure where to put it. Feel free to move.
Hope someone can help.... I'm trying to log in to my account with OneTel (something I do regularly), but now I get the following message: "There is a problem with this website's security certificate", so I'm a little reluctant to type in my password etc. It says that the certificate has expired or is not yet valid, and may not be trustworthy.
Can anyone advise what I should do, as I'd like to check my calls etc.
Thanks in advance

If it's a site you log into regularly I don't think you need to worry too much. You can get that if there is a discrepancy between the domain name of the site you start off at and the site you are logging into. e.g. start at onetel.com but logging into signin.onetel.co.uk. But you could try ringing or emailing OneTel if you are concerned.0

Its possible that One tel had a similar problem to Paypal recently where the 3rd party Organisation that 'signs' their certificate had an issue , which broek the certification chain.
I posted it on some other forums I Admin
