Hi, I've been collecting points on my purchases for quite a while now, and when I bought something yesterday in store I enquired whether I had enough to buy/have money off the item I was buying (I wasn't totally clear on how the card worked to be honest!!).

Apparently I have to load the money onto the card from the website and then go into the store (or buy from the website?) to get money off/free goods? It's a bit of a faff isn't it! Can anyone enlighten me on this lol!!!! When I bought the card I thought it would operate like a Boots card for some reason:D Thanks.

I used to work for hmv and was about when pure card came in. when it first started it was awesome, money off vouchers for low points! And they had some really good exclusive merch to buy with points. but now its a bit ridiculous. You use to be able to just order vouchers and get them through the post via "the arena" (http://pure.hmv.com/).

Hopefully you've registered your card and been through the arena. to see what your points get you log on and browse, if you have enough for credit you'll have to order it through the site and within a couple of days it will be ready to spend on the card.

Boots card gives you so much more for free!
