PropertyBee comes the latest bear casualty with the begging bowel out... http://www.housepricecrash.co.uk/forum/index.php?showtopic=171600 Good news. I think the lot of them will be closed for business come Crimbo. The best Christmas present for all.

Yes, all these FTB scum. Who do they think they are wanting lower house prices. They should just be handing over their pay packet each month straight to the landlord and be happy that they have some mould infested, overpriced, overcrowded shoebox where they can't put a nail into the wall to live in. In fact, they should be paying more as the landlord has not charged them for a gas safety certificate. Bill is in the post...

Sibley isnt it about time you grew up?

It would be easier to keep his head above water if he was taller.

What are you going to spit the dummy out because house prices didn't crash like you thought?
I really don't understand why people think Sibley would need to hide behind an alter-ego. He says all those things on his main account.

    That's right as well.
I'm proud of my Sibley name. I'm the one who broke HPC.
No way would I share or dilute my power.

Sad what people will do to get a Thanks.

The more of a knob ed you are, the more people realise how sad , pathetic and lonely you really are.

Just take a look at yourself, deep down you know you are very unhappy but choose the wrong way of dealing with it.

You make people hate you because you feel you deserve to be hated.

you are showing classic signs of a mental disorder that left unchecked could end up consuming your whole life. (if it hasnt already).

I once watched a documentary about psychology on the discovery channel and they know what they are talking about.

    Whens shark week ?:)

    No he's right.
All these crash idiots need hammering down once and for all.
They wished bad luck on people and as most things in the circle of life it came back to haunt them.

    Close them down.

Whether house prices falling is bad luck depends if your an owner (and looking to move - cos otherwise the price is irrelevant) or a buyer.

For me - price falls are goodluck.

Ironic really that those that seek thousands to be knocked off the selling price of houses on HPC are only prepared to donate £5 to the site which provides the insight to the housing market which they all crave. If I was the architect of PB I would say "Thanks Pimp for your donation, to all you STRs who sang my praises but failed to contribute - Foxtrot Oscar".
