A weekend's stay in a London hotel suite and then a flight followed by one nights stay in Berlin.

This Draw is organised by Radisson Edwardian Hotels. These rules are the Conditions of entry ("Rules") and apply to this draw on the Radisson Edwardian Hotels website ("Draw"), unless otherwise expressly stated.

By entering a Draw, you agree to be bound by these Rules. If you do not agree with any of the Rules then you should not enter the Draw.

1. Rules & Draw Entry
1.1 You are eligible to enter this Draw if you are a legal resident of United Kingdom and if you are at least 18 years of age. Employees and members of their immediate families (to include, parent, sibling, spouse and child) of Radisson Edwardian Hotels are not eligible to win the prize. Any such entries will be invalid.
1.2 By entering the Draw, you hereby warrant that all the information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radisson Edwardian Hotels reserves the right to ask for proof of age and evidence to verify the identity of an entrant at any time, and may carry out checks of any details provided.
1.3 The closing date for Draw entries is 11.59pm GMT on the 9th January 2012. Any entries received after this date will not be eligible for the prize.
1.4 No purchase necessary.
1.5 In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the validity of the information supplied by the entrant, or the operation of any part of the Draw, the decision of Radisson Edwardian Hotels shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
1.6 This competition is run by Radisson Edwardian Hotels.

2. Prize Notification
2.1 The prize is a 3 course meal for 2 at our Radisson Edwardian Heathrow hotel (subject to availability).
2.2 Both rounds of drinks at bar should come up to £30 per person
2.3 Spa treatments is 45min (subject to availability)
2.4 Hotels stays are valid until 31st December 2012
2.5 BMI flight valid until 31st December 2012
2.6 Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible.
2.7 Prize winners will be contacted as soon as practicable via facebook no later than 5.00 pm GMT on 10th January 2012.
2.8 If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period (7 days from first contact) or fails to meet the eligibility requirements as set out in these Rules or is otherwise unable to comply with these Rules, this may result in forfeiture of the prize. Which will result in the selection of another winner.
2.9 No cash equivalent (where applicable) will be given and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable
