But i have just been made aware of this, so be-careful
Postal Scam:
Can you circulate this around especially as Xmas is fast approaching - it has been confirmed by Royal Mail. The Trading Standards Office are making people aware of the following scam:
A card is posted through your door from a company called PDS (Parcel Delivery Service) suggesting that they were unable to deliver a parcel and that you need to contact them on 0906 6611911 (a Premium rate number).
DO NOT call this number, as this is a mail scam originating from Belize .
If you call the number and you start to hear a recorded message you will already have been billed £315 for the phone call.
If you do receive a card with these details, then please contact Royal Mail Fraud on 020 7239 6655

Thank you for being helpful but this is not a current threat. This was a scam back in 2005 but was sorted then and people were only ever charged about £9. It's worth googling these messages to check if they still represent a real danger to people before posting them.

I don't believe any Premium Rate line can charge you £315 for such a short call.
By the way Ideadman1980 where did you copy your OP from.
It looks identical to the ones on here:

If you search PDS Belize on the Forums this has been posted on here every year going right back to 2006. The only thing that changes is the amount that you are supposedly charged seems to double every year.Luck is believing you’re lucky – Tennessee Williams
